En teoría, desde el propio Mod Organizer, si metes tu cuenta desde Configuración->Nexus, puedes descargar los mods con su gestor de descargas. Para descargar los mods tienes que abrir la web desde el Mod Organizer (el icono del mapamundi) y ahí descargad los mods seleccionando la opción de “Download with mod manager” (resaltada en verde). Seguramente su duda viene de que en Nexus parentemente debes pagar para crear una cuenta y poder descargar mods desde ahí. Pero no es así. En la página de registro, dónde te ponen las opciones de pago, lo único que debes hacer es bajar abajo del todo la página y hacer clic en Create Account sin haber seleccionado ninguna opción de pago.
